Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2025

This Privacy Policy describes how Gabellar ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with gabellar.com and Gabellar, our AI content orchestration product. We have written this to be honest about our current stage: Gabellar is an early-stage project, not yet a registered legal entity. We operate with minimal data collection by design.

1. Who We Are

Gabellar is an early-stage AI startup building Gabellar, an AI-powered content orchestration system for social media creators. At the time of this writing, Gabellar has not yet formed a registered legal entity. We are a founding team operating under the Gabellar project name.

Our product is currently in private beta / demonstration phase. Access is limited and the product is not yet commercially available.

You can reach us at contact@gabellar.com for all privacy-related matters.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect the absolute minimum. Here is exactly what we handle:

Beta Waitlist Email

If you submit your email address to join the Gabellar private beta waitlist, we collect and store that email address. This is the only personal data we intentionally collect. We do not collect your name, phone number, company, social handles, or any other identifying information unless you voluntarily provide it in written correspondence with us.

Demo Usage Data — Stays in Your Browser

The Gabellar demo at gabellar.com/demo is a fully client-side application. All data you enter or generate during a demo session — including content drafts, AI-generated outputs, and workflow configurations — is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. None of this data is transmitted to or stored on our servers. We have no access to your demo session data. It exists only on your device and is cleared when you clear your browser storage.

Server / Infrastructure Logs

Our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) may automatically collect standard server access logs, including IP addresses and request metadata, as part of normal web infrastructure operation. This is handled by Vercel under their own privacy practices (see Section 4). We do not separately log or retain this data.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your email address, if submitted, is used for one purpose only: to contact you regarding beta access to Gabellar. This includes notifying you when beta access is available, providing onboarding information, and communicating material updates to the product.

We will not use your email address to send marketing communications unrelated to Gabellar, share it with third-party marketers, sell it, or add it to any list you did not explicitly sign up for.

We do not engage in profiling, automated decision-making, or behavioral targeting of any kind.

4. Third Parties and Service Providers

We use a small number of third-party services to operate gabellar.com:

Vercel (Hosting & Infrastructure)

Gabellar.com is hosted on Vercel, Inc. Vercel processes infrastructure-level data (including request logs and IP addresses) as part of serving web traffic. Their handling of this data is governed by the Vercel Privacy Policy. We do not control Vercel's infrastructure data practices.

AI API Providers (Demo Environment)

The Gabellar demo uses third-party AI APIs — which may include services from OpenAI, Anthropic, and/or Google — to generate content. Content you input into the demo may be processed by these providers under their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We encourage you not to enter sensitive personal information into the demo environment. Refer to the relevant provider's documentation for their data handling practices.

We do not use any analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), advertising networks, or tracking pixels on gabellar.com. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with any third party.

5. Cookies

Gabellar.com does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes. We do not set any first-party cookies.

Vercel, as our hosting provider, may set technically necessary cookies or use similar mechanisms at the infrastructure level to route traffic and maintain service reliability. These are not under our direct control and are governed by Vercel's policies.

The demo at gabellar.com/demo uses browser localStorage, which is distinct from cookies. LocalStorage is a browser-based storage mechanism that does not transmit data to servers automatically. It is used solely to persist your demo session on your own device.

6. AI-Generated Content

Gabellar uses third-party AI APIs to generate content on your behalf. When you interact with the demo and content is generated, your inputs (prompts, configuration) are processed by these AI APIs under their respective terms.

We do not retain copies of your AI-generated outputs on our servers. Outputs are returned to your browser and stored locally per Section 2.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to publish any AI-generated content. Gabellar makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, legality, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs.

7. Your Rights

With respect to the email address you submitted for beta waitlist access:

  • Access: You may request confirmation of whether we hold your email address and a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Deletion: You may request deletion of your email address from our waitlist at any time. We will honor deletion requests promptly.
  • Correction: If your email address is incorrect, you may ask us to update it.
  • Objection: You may withdraw consent for us to contact you at any time by emailing us.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@gabellar.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Demo data in your browser's localStorage is entirely under your control. You can delete it at any time through your browser's developer tools or by clearing site data. We cannot access or delete it on your behalf because we never had access to it.

8. Data Security

The Gabellar demo is architected as a client-side-only application. No personal data from demo sessions is transmitted to or stored on Gabellar's servers. This design provides a strong technical basis for session data privacy — the data simply does not leave your device.

For waitlist email addresses, we use reasonable administrative safeguards appropriate to our current stage. We acknowledge that, as an unincorporated early-stage project, we do not have the security infrastructure of an established company. We store waitlist data using industry-standard tools with access restricted to founding team members.

No method of data storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and we encourage you to consider what information you share with any early-stage service.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Gabellar evolves — particularly as we incorporate as a legal entity, expand data processing activities, or launch the product commercially. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

If you are on the beta waitlist, we may notify you of material privacy changes via email. Continued use of gabellar.com following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
